The Honda EU7000iS combines substantial portable power with the quiet operation and clean electrical output of Honda's inverter technology. Designed for home backup, RV use, outdoor projects, and other demanding applications, it delivers up to 7,000 starting watts and 5,500 rated watts of dependable power.
Unlike traditional open-frame generators, the EU7000iS uses inverter technology to provide stable power suitable for sensitive electronics alongside compatible household appliances, tools, and equipment.
Honda's electronic fuel injection eliminates the need for a carburetor choke while improving fuel efficiency and reducing common fuel-related maintenance concerns. A 5.1-gallon fuel tank provides up to 16 hours of operation at ¼ load or approximately 6.5 hours at rated load.
With both 120V and 240V output, the EU7000iS provides greater flexibility for home-backup applications. Electric start simplifies operation, while Honda's CO-MINDER system continuously monitors carbon-monoxide levels and automatically shuts down the generator if unsafe concentrations are detected.
Bluetooth connectivity also allows compatible smartphones to remotely monitor operating information and control certain generator functions through Honda's My Generator app.
At approximately 52–58 dB(A), depending on load, the EU7000iS is engineered for considerably quieter operation than many conventional portable generators.
